I guess I keep a healthy life mostly 'cause my mom controls most of what I eat haha! But I do eat fruits by my own iniciative and try to drink water a few times a day, also try my best to aviod food from highschool 'cause those empanadas and stuf are more fat than anything else. I like both types of medicine 'cause they both work. Sometimes home remedies are more eficient than the ones that doctors can give you so it depends on the situation that you find yourself into. I belive that if you learn to appreciate the little great things around you, like a cute little bird or a beatiful flower, you'll feel free from stress and be happy. Now we all live in a rush and doing so many things at one time that we forgot to take time for ourselves and just breath, so what I do to aviod that is just taking my time on things and live every sinlge day separate from the others so I can enjoy my life and be happy by not woring about tomorrow (:

ResponderEliminar1.My idea of a healthy life it's by exercising and eating healthy food.. most of the people said that the healthy food taste bad but most of the vegetables and fruits are delicious! :) also you don't have to stay all the day like watching TV you have to go outside and walk by the park or something that would be an excellent excersise :)! 2. ResponderEliminarI try to have a healthy life, practicing different habits like drinking water everyday, eating fruits and vegetables. The only thing that I try to avoid and I can’t is going out to eat fast food! I hate it! but I just can’t say not! Talking about medicine, first I try to use the conventional, but if that kind of medicine doesn’t work, the best option is to use the alternative kind, like aromatherapy and herbal medicine, because those try to find a cure like in a second way, not relative to your organism, if not in your body completely. In advices to take out the stress I think I’m not the right person to give them because I’m the most stressful person! ResponderEliminarMy life isn’t the healthiest, so far I try to keep it healthy; working out is the best, just as much as having a good diet, staying far from smoke specially cigarettes. I don’t attend a lot to the doctor but that is also necessary. I prefer conventional medicine because I trust more in science that’s what I consider more effective even though I don’t say that alternative one doesn’t work because I gave it a try and it is good but conventional medicine is faster and more effective, besides that it is safer; the other sounds more like a physiological matter. To me, the best way to avoid stress is by smiling, trying to see the good side of everything, taking good options and also doing some exercise as it relaxes.
1 - I think staying healthy is to exercise, eat healthy but most of all have a positive attitude and always see things the best way possible.
ResponderEliminar2 - I like most alternative medicine because it should not inject anything, everything more natural, more interesting and can be very relaxing for the patient.
3 - To remove the stress is to relax and think of something else not so much the problem that makes you feel stressed and know that everything can be improved.
For keep a healthy life is good take an active life, a good feeding, eat more fruits and vegetables, avoid bad vices like smoking, and keep a healthy weight. For keep my healthy life mainly I avoid the stress; I do exercises every time and I avoid eating fat-free.

I try to keep a healthy life because I drink my eight glasses of water, I eat fruits and vegetables and do some exercise, but of course sometimes you don’t have enough time to prepare your salad or cut your fruits, so sometimes I have to buy food, but I try not to eat a lot of fast food. The second one, I guess both are good, but the alternative sounds interesting, because it works with things like the aromatherapy, music therapy, homeopathy, acupuncture and others. One advantage of these medicines are that you are gonna feel better, the disadvantages are the money that you have to pay the results can change a lot. Number 3, I know that nowadays we have a lot of work, on the other hand, you have to enjoy live, I mean you have to take some time for you to go out with friends, dance and sing, you can go to the movie theater or you can be listening to music while you are working, that’s what I do :D
ResponderEliminarWell, I think that a person can have a healthy life by eating with balance, drinking eight glasses of water during the day, doing exercise, and things like that. What I try to do it’s to avoid the foods that have a lot of fat, I obviously eat them but I try to do it no so often. I think that both kinds of medicine are great because, for example, the conventional ones you can get them when you want the only thing that can be a disadvantage is that they doesn’t always work, and the alternative ones are an interesting way to keep a healthy life, but the disadvantage of this kind of medicine is that no all the people can access to it. And finally I thing that what a person has to do for taking the stress out is to find a positive side to the situation that he or she is living in that moment.
ResponderEliminar1- To keep healthy I always try to eat fruits and vegetables.. when I have lunch in high school if in my house my mom prepared lunch I take it or try not to eat junk food at the soda. Sometimes when I remember, I drink water I ‘d really like to practice a sport but I feel that I don’t really have time, so I try sometimes to go for a walk with my mom or my brother.
ResponderEliminar2- Well depending on the situation alternative would be better because it’s totally natural, but sometimes if you choose wrong long- term it could cause your death or an extremely dangerous disease. So in this case I would prefer conventional because it’s more effective and it has been approved by doctors and specialists in this medical area.
3- Most of the time I’m kind of susceptible to get stress.. But my advice is not thinking to much about what you have to do, and just do it, if you do it fast , you are not going to stress out and will be happier. You can also go out with your friends and cleared, share with your family and having a short time just with yourself maybe listening to music or doing something you like.
In my case I consider myself a very healthy person since I don't eat almost any junk food, in fact I hate it, places like McDonald's for me are the worst you can eat. I would rather have any salad, or well prepared dish than any of those "meals" they serve in fast food restaurants. Also since I'm part of a soccer team I train very often and intensely so I excercise pretty much.
ResponderEliminarAbout medicines I don't take parts, I believe both can be useful but of course as we all know we should not abuse from any of them.
And my advices are very simple, watch what you eat and where does it comes from! Also try to get your body moving and do some excercise and try to avoid dangerous habits like sedentarism
Keeping a healthy life is something that causes stress in many people around the world. In our ages is difficult to eat just healthy food because we love many fast food that we can get in many restaurants downtown. I keep a healthy life when I practice many different sports. I love to dance and go to the gym. I don´t like to get big muscles but I just do it, because I love to make exercise every day. I avoid eating many products that contain fat, a lot of sugar and big amount of calories. I prefer to eat fruits and vegetables every day, but I can get sick and I have to think in the products that I have to use.
ResponderEliminarI always use the alternative medicines because those are more efficient and produce better effects. The disadvantage is that we need it in the house, because those aren´t everywhere. The conventional medicines are expensive and less efficient for me. But the biggest advantage is that we can get it in each pharmacy, supermarket and many different places around the world and every day we get more useful products.
We have to live every day like it would be the last day and we have to practice many sports and smile everywhere. We always have to forget the problems and share with the family every day in every free time that we have, it can helps to reduce the stress.

ResponderEliminarFirst, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink 8 glasses of water a day... if you want a balanced diet you have to eat a little of everything and avoid food with a lot of spicy, grassy and sold on the street because you do not know how they did it and if done hygienically. You should also have to do exercise to stay healthy and you do not get away with it. It can be either prescription medicines that although the doctor found something wrong in the body, the homemade is better because our grandmother or mother can do a remedy if something happens to you. To avoid the stress what you have to do is to take a breath and trying not going to work out things and be organized in school so you would not accumulate things, and if a personal situation the best is not give much importance and be happy.

Most people think that having a healthy life is eating only fruits and vegetables and working out all the time, so good, I Know it is very important but it is also important how every person feels inside, people need to begin smiling to start feeling good inside. For physical health it is really good to exercise and have a healthy diet. There are different sports which people can choose to practice. Many people do everything in order to look good and feel OK, that is important but the main thing is to have good health. For me it is better the conventional medicine because it is easy to get, it´s something that people already know how effective is, and when buying it, we know we will feel better but in some cases it´s not effective enough. I think that having stress is the worst thing ever; my suggestion is not to stress out because it’s bad for health, bad for your mind and for your soul.

For example if you have cancer is not going to risk your healt cured with leaves and that things the most suitable for treating this disease is conventional medicine but if you have a sore throat is the typical lemon and honey works without going to see a doctor disadvantages of alternative medicine can not always work but has the advantage that it is often more accessible than a standard drug. My health is pretty good always, I never forget to workout every morning, I’m always doing something extra, such a sport, like soccer, athletics or anything I can. I try to keep a good health on doing exercises and eating well, also, I try to avoid some kind of food that might cause on me healthy problems, in my hearth, lungs and every part of me. Another thing very important to my health is to avoid all the stress that I can avoid, I don’t like to keep my head busy on thinks that might get me crazy. If have a healthy product I definitely prefer to get a conventional medicine because I trust in those kind of medicine, to alternative one I think that it is not effective to all the person. The principal think that I try to apply to avoid the stress is to never think too much the thinks, I just act and react without thinking too much, and if I took a wrong decision I just don’t care.

In my case the two types of drugs are good but depends on the case for example for other infections or fever between conventional medicine is important to consume but to regulate the acidity, to energy, memory and other alternative medicine is beneficial;
as everything has its good and bad part is important to consume any type of prescription drug and caution.
Finally my advice to avoid stress is to have a hobby or an activity where these concerns are released every day you go charging It is also important dance, do a sport like running or swimming in addition to having good habits and specific times for each meal but in reality it is best to feel good and comfortable with the things you do every day and be happy with it.

Las most important things one could do to maintain a healthy lifestyle is to exercise frequently and in addition to a meal with vegetables and fiber to keep it healthy. I think the type of alternative medicine is better because they are made by experts but sometimes does not work very well. = D do yoga, if you self-medicate and q is bad if you get medication do not listen. banana eating increases energy =) and less salads like celery and q do not know what more they dream energizes the block and is also better than coffee when you need to work or study and clears the mind q i will take away your sleep and only the coffee removes sleep and stress.
